Police Engagement in The Community
Police The police engaged with the congregation on 11th June 2024 to foster a sense of liberty and enhance awareness of community safety. The community must understand that police presence does not always indicate a negative event. For the police to be respected, they must represent the community’s diversity. Currently, the underrepresentation of ethnic minorities in the police force means it does not adequately reflect the communities it serves. Representation is essential for building trust and respect within the community.

Consider the demands, standards, expectations, benchmarks, and experiences you have set for yourself since January. Are they related to work, family expectations, education/training, closing a case, weight loss, etc.? Reflect on the sources of these demands and expectations, whether from media, your boss/manager, or personal achievements. Assess whether you enjoy the process or are experiencing burnout. If burnout is an issue, it is crucial to learn how to say no, take time out, and practice self-care.
